Positions needed within MACS: (schools are listed in alphabetical order)

Fourth Baptist Christian School, Plymouth, MN. www.fourthbaptistchristianschool.org

FBCS is a growing and vibrant PK-12 private Christian school, using mainly Abeka, BJU Press, & Saxon curriculum. We also use Townsend Press, Glencoe-McGraw Hill, Positive Action, and Summit Ministries.  Enrollment for 2023-24: approx. 330 students (K4 – 12th grade). Growth anticipated for 2024-25.

Open positions for the 2024-25 school year:

Elementary:

  • Elementary Teachers – 3rd, 5th and 6th grades, full-time (second sections of each)
  • Elementary Teacher Aide – part time 30 hrs. per week hourly pay

Secondary:

  • Secondary History Teacher – full-time
  • Secondary Spanish Teacher – part time
  • Secondary Art Elective Class teacher – MWF, last hour of the school day for 9th – 12th grade students. Once a week 3rd – 8th grade art class optional.
  • Secondary Home Economics Elective Class Teacher – MWF, last hour of the school day for 9th – 12th grade students.

NOTE:  All positions require a Employment Application, reference checks, interview, background check, and a clear testimony of salvation and evidence of a walk and relationship with Christ. Membership/attendance at Fourth Baptist Church is required for full-time positions, and preferred for part-time positions. Membership/attendance at like-minded churches in faith and practice will be considered for part-time positions.

VCA uses ABeka Book curriculum for the core, and Positive Action for Bible. 

Position available:

  • 5th -7th grade – full time teacher (currently combined, as the class grows)

This position requires an application, reference checks, interview, background check, and ability to give both a clear testimony of salvation and a growing relationship with Christ. Membership/attendance at Victory Baptist Church is required.
